Payment Service Providers

Section 6.1
Data Retention Periods
Account registration data and transaction records are retained for the duration of your account plus a minimum period of five years following account closure, to comply with financial record-keeping obligations. KYC verification documents are retained for the same period. Gaming session and betting history data is retained for the duration of your account and for a period of two years following account closure. Technical and device data (IP logs, session logs) is retained for a period of 12 months. After the applicable retention period has elapsed, your personal data will be securely deleted or anonymised. If you request deletion of your account, we will delete or anonymise your personal data subject to any retention obligations we are required to fulfil by law.

Security Measures
ftk99 implements technical and organisational security measures designed to protect your personal data against unauthorised access, accidental loss, destruction, or disclosure. Upon receiving a valid deletion request, ftk99 will delete or anonymise your personal data to the extent permitted by our legal retention obligations. Please note that certain data cannot be deleted before the expiry of mandatory retention periods — for example, transaction records and KYC documentation required to be retained under applicable financial regulations. Where data cannot be immediately deleted, ftk99 will restrict its processing to the minimum necessary to fulfil the retention obligation and will delete it as soon as the mandatory retention period has elapsed.
