ftk99 Terms & Conditions — Bangladesh Players
These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the ftk99 platform. Please read them carefully before registering or placing any bets. By creating an account, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. Eligibility and Player Requirements
The following eligibility criteria apply to all players wishing to register and use the ftk99 platform. Failure to meet these criteria will result in account suspension and forfeiture of any associated funds or bonuses.
Clause 1.1
Minimum Age Requirement
You must be at least 21 years of age to register an account on ftk99 and to use any feature of the platform, including placing wagers, claiming bonuses, making deposits, or requesting withdrawals. ftk99 reserves the right to require age verification documentation at any time. If age verification reveals that a player is under 21, the account will be immediately suspended, all bets will be voided, any deposits will be returned (net of any winnings derived from those deposits), and any bonuses will be forfeited. The burden of confirming your eligibility rests solely with you.
Clause 1.2
Single Account Policy
Each individual may hold only one registered account on ftk99. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether under the same name, mobile number, device, IP address, payment method, or household — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, ftk99 reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts, void all bets placed from those accounts, confiscate any balances or bonuses held in those accounts, and permanently ban the individual from the platform. If you believe a duplicate account has been created in your name without your consent, you must notify ftk99 customer support immediately.
Clause 1.3
Account Information Accuracy
You are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information when registering your ftk99 account, and to update that information promptly if it changes. This includes your legal name, date of birth, residential address, and mobile number. Providing false registration information is grounds for immediate account closure and forfeiture of all funds. ftk99 may request supporting documentation to verify the accuracy of the information provided, including but not limited to a copy of a national identity card, passport, or utility bill. Failure to provide requested verification documents within a reasonable time may result in withdrawal restrictions or account suspension.
2. Account Registration and Security
Registering an ftk99 account is free. By completing registration, you confirm that all information provided is accurate and that you meet the eligibility criteria set out in Section 1 above.
Clause 2.1
Password and Account Security
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your ftk99 account login credentials, including your registered mobile number and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. ftk99 will never ask for your password via SMS, email, phone call, or social media. Any activity conducted through your account — whether authorised by you or not — is your responsibility unless you have notified ftk99 of unauthorised access in writing. You should immediately contact ftk99 customer support if you suspect your account has been accessed by an unauthorised party. ftk99 uses SSL encryption on all login and account transactions to protect your credentials in transit.
Clause 2.2
KYC Verification
ftk99 reserves the right to carry out Know Your Customer (KYC) verification on any account at any time. KYC verification may require the submission of a government-issued photo identification document (such as a National ID Card or passport), a proof of address document, and confirmation of the payment method used for deposits. Accounts that do not complete KYC verification when requested may have withdrawal privileges suspended until verification is completed. ftk99 treats all KYC documentation in accordance with its Privacy Policy and applicable data protection standards. The purpose of KYC verification is to prevent fraud, money laundering, and underage gambling.
Clause 2.3
Account Closure by Player
You may request the closure of your ftk99 account at any time by contacting customer support. Before closing your account, you should withdraw any remaining balance. Upon account closure, any active bonuses will be forfeited and any pending wagers will be settled in accordance with normal betting rules before the account is closed. Self-exclusion requests (see Responsible Gaming section) may also result in account closure. ftk99 will process account closure requests within a reasonable time of receiving the written request.
3. Deposits and Withdrawals
All transactions on ftk99 are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). Deposits and withdrawals are conducted exclusively through the approved payment methods listed below. ftk99 does not accept cash transactions or third-party payments.
Clause 3.1
Approved Payment Methods and Minimum Deposits
ftk99 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following approved payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and Dutch-Bangla Bank mobile banking. The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. You may only deposit funds using a payment account registered in your own name. Deposits using payment accounts belonging to third parties — including family members — are prohibited and may result in account suspension and forfeiture of associated funds. ftk99 reserves the right to add or remove payment methods at any time with reasonable notice where practicable.
Clause 3.2
Withdrawal Processing
Withdrawal requests submitted by players with verified accounts are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, where technically feasible. ftk99 aims to process verified withdrawal requests within minutes to a few hours; however, processing times may vary depending on payment provider and volume. Withdrawals are subject to standard KYC checks. ftk99 reserves the right to delay withdrawals pending completion of KYC verification, investigation of suspicious activity, or resolution of disputed bets. Players must have cleared any applicable wagering requirements on bonus funds before those funds become eligible for withdrawal.
Clause 3.3
Transaction Disputes
If you believe a deposit or withdrawal has been processed incorrectly, you must notify ftk99 customer support within 30 days of the transaction date. ftk99 will investigate all reported transaction disputes and respond within a reasonable period. Transaction disputes raised after 30 days may not be investigated. ftk99's transaction records are considered conclusive evidence of the transaction unless a manifest error can be demonstrated.
4. Bonuses and Promotional Offers
ftk99 offers welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, and other promotional offers to eligible players. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the specific terms stated at the time of the offer and to the general bonus conditions set out in this section.
Clause 4.1
Wagering Requirements
All bonuses credited to your ftk99 account are subject to wagering requirements (also referred to as rollover requirements) before the bonus amount or any winnings derived from bonus funds may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement for each bonus is stated in the specific promotion terms. Wagering requirements must be met within the validity period specified for each bonus. Failure to meet wagering requirements within the validity period will result in the bonus and any associated winnings being forfeited. Only wagers placed on eligible games contribute to wagering requirement clearance. Free bets, cancelled bets, void bets, and bets placed with cash funds do not contribute to wagering requirements on bonus funds.
Clause 4.2
Bonus Eligibility and Restrictions
Welcome bonuses are available to new players making their first qualifying deposit only. Subsequent deposits are not eligible for the welcome bonus. Each player is entitled to claim a bonus offer once unless explicitly stated otherwise in the promotion terms. ftk99 reserves the right to modify or withdraw any bonus offer at any time without prior notice. Bonuses are personal to the account holder and may not be transferred. Players found to be abusing the bonus system — including through the use of multiple accounts, structured deposits, or hedging strategies — will have bonuses voided and may have their accounts suspended.
Clause 4.3
Promotional Validity Periods
All bonuses and free spins credited to your ftk99 account carry a validity period as stated in the specific promotion terms. Bonus funds and free spins that are not used within the validity period will expire and be removed from your account automatically. ftk99 is not obligated to provide prior notification before bonus expiry. It is the player's responsibility to be aware of the validity period of any bonus claimed and to use bonus funds within the stated timeframe.
5. Responsible Gaming and Self-Exclusion

Responsible Gaming Tools
ftk99 provides the following responsible gaming tools accessible from your account settings: deposit limits (daily, weekly, or monthly caps on the amount you may deposit); session time reminders (alerts after specified periods of continuous play); and self-exclusion (temporary or permanent exclusion from the platform). Clause 5.2
Self-Exclusion Policy
Players who elect to self-exclude from ftk99 will have their account suspended for the duration of the self-exclusion period chosen. During a self-exclusion period, the player will not be able to log in, deposit, or place bets. Any remaining account balance at the time of self-exclusion will be returned to the player. Self-exclusion requests take effect within 24 hours of submission. Players who have self-excluded must not attempt to open new accounts during the exclusion period. ftk99 will make reasonable efforts to prevent marketing communications from reaching self-excluded players. Self-exclusion periods may be extended at the player's request but may not be shortened.
6. Prohibited Conduct
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the ftk99 platform. Violation of these prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and permanent banning from the platform.
Clause 6.1
Fraud and Collusion
Players must not attempt to defraud ftk99 or other players through any means, including but not limited to: providing false registration information; use of stolen payment credentials; collusion with other players to fix outcomes; use of software, bots, or automated systems to gain an unfair advantage; exploiting software bugs or errors in games without reporting them to ftk99; or any other form of manipulation of the platform, games, or betting markets. ftk99 employs fraud detection systems to monitor for unusual betting patterns and suspicious activity. Accounts identified as engaging in fraudulent conduct will be suspended immediately and all associated funds will be frozen pending investigation.
Clause 6.2
Money Laundering
ftk99 maintains strict anti-money laundering policies. Players must not use the ftk99 platform for money laundering or any other illegal financial activity. All suspicious transactions will be reported to the relevant authorities in accordance with applicable law. ftk99 reserves the right to freeze accounts and withhold funds where money laundering or financial crime is suspected, pending investigation by ftk99 or the relevant authorities. Players are reminded that the ftk99 platform is intended solely for entertainment purposes and must not be used as a vehicle for moving funds unrelated to genuine gaming activity.
7. Limitation of Liability and Governing Terms
The following clauses govern the extent of ftk99's liability to players and the general legal framework applicable to the relationship between the platform and its users.
Clause 7.1
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ftk99 shall not be liable for any loss of funds arising from: unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the confidentiality of your credentials; interruptions to service arising from network outages, maintenance, or technical failures outside ftk99's reasonable control; errors in game outcomes caused by third-party game providers; or any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses. ftk99's total liability to any player in respect of any claim shall not exceed the net amount deposited by that player in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Clause 7.2
Amendments to Terms
ftk99 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Where amendments are material, ftk99 will provide reasonable notice by posting the updated Terms on the platform with a revised effective date. Continued use of the ftk99 platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review the Terms periodically. If you do not agree to any amended Terms, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure.
Clause 7.3
Severability and Entire Agreement
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be deemed severed from these Terms and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions. These Terms, together with ftk99's Privacy Policy and any applicable promotion-specific terms, constitute the entire agreement between you and ftk99 with respect to your use of the platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, or understandings.
